Exciting news! Washington State University Fermentation has created a brand new subpage to highlight local fermenters and share their stories.

 

It is important to support the local economy and one really awesome way to do that is through the food you eat. To that end we at fermentation.wsu.edu are interviewing Washington state fermented food producers in an effort to help connect the public with the fermented foods in their region. We hope that this will create the building blocks to support a more connected fermentation community.
