Mead

Basic Starting Ingredients…

  • Honey
  • Water
  • Yeast

Summary…

As with many of the alcoholic beverages we consume today, there is no definitive answer as to how mead was first discovered. Many believe that it is one of the oldest fermented beverages, perhaps discovered by naturally fermented honey in the wild, but only a time machine would truly tell.
